— These TOS apply to ALL my adoptables (unless the publication of the adoptable in question specifies otherwise.— Sold adoptables cannot be returned/refunded. If you are not sure you want the adoptable one, please refrain from making an offer.— Adoptables can be giften/exchanged/sold. There are no restrictions on PERSONAL use (for commercial use, you need to pay extra).— Adoptables DO NOT include commercial use (unless the publication indicates otherwise). If you wish to purchase commercial use of a design, you need to pay an extra fee equivalent to X2 of the winning bid.— Only serious offers. Please do not delete or edit your offers, otherwise I will blacklist you.— The designs can be modified to your liking, you do not need to ask permission.— If the winner of an auction does not communicate/cancels their bid, they will be blacklisted and the auction will be re-opened.— Offers must have an order/chain; offers that are in the wrong place will not be valid.— The AB is the autobuy price. AB1, AB2... can only be bid by the person who bid AB.— Holds/payment plans can be negotiated (unless the posting indicates otherwise).— The winner of an adoptable has 24 hours to contact and make payment once the auction closes. If you need more time due to any inconvenience, please let me know. I am understanding.— Payment can be by PayPal invoice or by donation on Ko-fi.— Adoptables without watermark are shipped once payment is received, and can be mailed or transferred by ToyHouse (I usually ask how you want to get the files, but in case I don't ask, feel free to request the platform your preference!).
